Ces r\u00e9glementations concernant les aspects thermiques garantissent une conformit\u00e9 totale aux exigences \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires des travaux de construction, notamment \u00e0 celles relatives aux \u00e9conomies d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et \u00e0 la protection thermique des b\u00e2timents, et assurent des conditions de vie et un environnement sains. La conformit\u00e9 aux exigences thermiques des b\u00e2timents pr\u00e9voit la pr\u00e9vention des d\u00e9fauts et d\u00e9faillances thermiques au sein des b\u00e2timents, qui peuvent affecter la sant\u00e9, les conditions de vie et l&rsquo;environnement, mais aussi le confort thermique des utilisateurs, les conditions int\u00e9rieures souhait\u00e9es, et la faible consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des b\u00e2timents. Les exigences thermiques des b\u00e2timents sont \u00e9valu\u00e9es comme suit: . Temp\u00e9rature la plus basse de la surface interne de la structure . Transmission thermique de la construction Valeur U . Transmission thermique moyenne Uem (tout le b\u00e2timent) . Transfert de chaleur \u00e0 travers la liaison thermique entre les constructions (ponts thermiques) . Diminution de la temp\u00e9rature de contact (pour les sols) . Transfert d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 dans toute la construction . Transfert d&rsquo;air dans toute la construction et le b\u00e2timent (perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;air et ventilation des pi\u00e8ces) . Stabilit\u00e9 thermique des pi\u00e8ces en hiver et en \u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Transfert de la chaleur, de l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;air<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La chaleur est transf\u00e9r\u00e9e de trois mani\u00e8res connues: . conduction &#8211; surtout dans les solides et les liquides . convection &#8211; flux dans les liquides et les gaz . rayonnement &#8211; transfert des ondes \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques, ou leur combinaison. La transmission de l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 (eau ou vapeur) implique l&rsquo;utilisation de divers m\u00e9canismes, par ex la diffusion de la vapeur d&rsquo;eau, la diffusivit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9, l&rsquo;absorption d&rsquo;eau par capillarit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;absorption). La distribution de l&rsquo;air est possible en se basant sur la diff\u00e9rence de pression et sur le d\u00e9bit d&rsquo;air. Le chapitre ci-apr\u00e8s traite uniquement de l&rsquo;\u00e9limination du transfert de chaleur par conduction.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Exigences en termes de r\u00e9sistance thermique des structures<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les exigences thermiques des b\u00e2timents s&rsquo;appliquent \u00e0 toute la composition structurelle. ll est essentiel qu&rsquo;il y ait des couches de protection en plus des couches d&rsquo;isolation thermique. Les couches d&rsquo;isolation thermique doivent \u00eatre capables de pr\u00e9venir, ou de r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement, le transfert de chaleur dans toute la structure \u00e0 laquelle elles sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9es. Les facteurs de base caract\u00e9risant les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s d&rsquo;isolation thermique dans la construction de b\u00e2timents sont le coefficient de transmission thermique (valeur U) et la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.la-maison-naturelle.com\/blog\/la-resistance-thermique\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"78\" title=\"Qu'est-ce que la r\u00e9sistance thermique ?\">r\u00e9sistance thermique<\/a> R. Les valeurs requises U et R sont diff\u00e9rentes selon les types de construction et de b\u00e2timent. L&rsquo;ossature en bois seule, rev\u00eatue de panneaux Kronobuild@ de Kronospan , ne suffit pas \u00e0 assurer la conformit\u00e9 aux exigences actuelles impos\u00e9es quant au transfert de chaleur total.
