Plusieurs outils sont aujourd\u2019hui disponibles pour conna\u00eetre la performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de son logement. L\u2019un d\u2019entre eux est la thermographie ou diagnostic thermographique.<\/p>\n<h2>Qu\u2019est-ce que le diagnostic thermographique ?<\/h2>\n<p>Le diagnostic thermographique, que l\u2019on appelle aussi thermographie, n\u2019a pas pour vocation de remplacer le diagnostic de performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, mais il le compl\u00e8te. Contrairement au DPE, la thermographie ne rev\u00eat pas un caract\u00e8re obligatoire. Cependant, elle est de plus en plus recommand\u00e9e aujourd\u2019hui pour localiser les endroits les plus d\u00e9perditifs dans un b\u00e2timent. Le diagnostic thermographique est une nouvelle technique permettant d\u2019identifier les endroits o\u00f9 les pertes de chaleur sont les plus importantes dans un logement, et qui traduisent donc un gaspillage \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Le diagnostic thermographique est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par un sp\u00e9cialiste appel\u00e9 thermographe. Celui-ci, \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un \u00e9quipement sp\u00e9cifique dont une cam\u00e9ra infrarouge ou un thermom\u00e8tre infrarouge, va prendre en image chaque partie de la maison afin d\u2019obtenir une image thermique appel\u00e9e \u00ab thermogramme \u00bb. Sur chaque image, la quantit\u00e9 de chaleur \u00e9mise est traduite par un code couleur allant des tons froids comme le noir ou le bleu aux tons plus chauds. Ceci facilite la lecture et l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation de l\u2019image.<\/p>\n<h2>La thermographie, un \u00e9tat des lieux avant tout<\/h2>\n<p>La thermographie peut r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents objectifs dont la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un \u00e9tat des lieux afin de d\u00e9tecter les \u00e9ventuels d\u00e9fauts d\u2019isolation qui pourraient \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019origine d\u2019une perte de chaleur dans un logement. C\u2019est la thermographie \u00e9tat des lieux. Dans ce cas, le diagnostic thermographique consiste \u00e0 \u00ab voir \u00bb ou \u00e0 \u00ab observer \u00bb tout simplement ce qui se passe. Comme un propri\u00e9taire ne se rendra pas toujours compte de lui-m\u00eame une mauvaise jointure sur une fen\u00eatre ou un d\u00e9faut d\u2019isolation sur un mur, la thermographie met tout ceci en \u00e9vidence. La thermographie \u00e9tat des lieux peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avant la vente ou la mise en location d\u2019un b\u00e2timent, avant la r\u00e9alisation de travaux de r\u00e9novation pour conna\u00eetre les points \u00e0 corriger ou encore \u00e0 la r\u00e9ception d\u2019un logement neuf ou r\u00e9nov\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>La thermographie sensibilisation<\/h2>\n<p>En tant qu\u2019outil d\u2019\u00e9valuation de la performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, la thermographie ne se contente pas de mettre en \u00e9vidence la pr\u00e9sence de d\u00e9fauts d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.la-maison-naturelle.com\/5273-isolation\">isolation<\/a>. C\u2019est aussi un outil efficace qui permet de sensibiliser les habitants sur la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du gaspillage \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et l\u2019importance de prendre les mesures n\u00e9cessaires. En se servant de la carte ou de l\u2019image thermique r\u00e9alis\u00e9e, le thermographe encourage les propri\u00e9taires \u00e0 entreprendre des travaux qui ont pour but de rectifier les d\u00e9fauts constat\u00e9s. Ainsi, son r\u00f4le ne consiste pas seulement \u00e0 faire un \u00e9tat des lieux, mais aussi \u00e0 sensibiliser, \u00e0 conseiller et \u00e0 informer les ma\u00eetres d\u2019ouvrage sur les travaux \u00e0 faire ainsi que les aides financi\u00e8res existantes.
