Dot\u00e9 d\u2019une performance remarquable, il occupe d\u00e9sormais une place importante sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019isolation.<\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9sentation de l\u2019\u00e9cran de sous-toiture<\/h2>\n<p>Les\u00a0\u00e9crans de sous-toiture figurent parmi tous les isolants les plus pris\u00e9s sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019isolation de toiture. Il s\u2019agit de mat\u00e9riaux se pr\u00e9sentant sous forme de feuilles souples destin\u00e9es \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments entrant dans la composition de la couverture. Il prot\u00e8ge \u00e0 la fois la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.la-maison-naturelle.com\/blog\/la-difference-entre-une-charpente-fermette-et-une-charpente-traditionnelle\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"85\" title=\"Quelle est la diff\u00e9rence entre une charpente fermette et une charpente traditionnelle ?\">charpente<\/a> sur laquelle elle est pos\u00e9e et la toiture proprement dite qui la coiffe. Le Syndicat National des Ecrans de Sous-Toiture cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 1997, met tout en \u0153uvre pour faire int\u00e9grer l\u2019usage de ce produit dans les m\u0153urs des professionnels et des utilisateurs. Il envisage \u00e0 terme de le faire admettre comme une norme.<\/p>\n<h2>Les fonctions de l\u2019\u00e9cran de sous-toiture<\/h2>\n<p>Un \u00e9cran de sous-toiture assure donc diff\u00e9rentes fonctions. Il permet de prot\u00e9ger l\u2019isolant ou les combles contre les infiltrations d\u2019eau accidentelles en provenance de l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, ainsi que la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de neige poudreuse, de poussi\u00e8re, de sable et de pollen. En plus de participer \u00e0 la ventilation de la toiture, l\u2019\u00e9cran de sous-toiture am\u00e9liore \u00e9galement la performance thermique de l\u2019isolant utilis\u00e9. Sur le plan architectural, il autorise l\u2019adoption de couvertures \u00e0 pente minimale, de diminuer la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019air du toit, limitant de facto les \u00e9ventuels soul\u00e8vements de couverture par le vent.<\/p>\n<h2>Les diff\u00e9rents types d\u2019\u00e9crans de sous-toiture<\/h2>\n<p>Les \u00e9crans de sous-toiture sont des produits en constante \u00e9volution. En effet, il est apparu pour la premi\u00e8re fois sur le march\u00e9 sous forme de feuilles essentiellement \u00e0 base de films plastiques, puis, au fil des ann\u00e9es, le produit a \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9 sous forme de films synth\u00e9tiques avec des micro perforations. Il existe aujourd\u2019hui trois types d\u2019\u00e9crans de sous-toiture : l\u2019\u00e9cran de sous toiture non perm\u00e9able \u00e0 la vapeur, l\u2019\u00e9cran <a href=\"https:\/\/www.la-maison-naturelle.com\/3071-ecran-de-sous-toiture-pare-pluie\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"147\" title=\"ecran sous toiture\">HPV<\/a>, un produit hautement perm\u00e9able \u00e0 la vapeur et enfin l\u2019\u00e9cran r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissant. Le premier type d\u2019\u00e9cran de sous-toiture est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un mod\u00e8le en armature en non-tiss\u00e9 coupl\u00e9 avec des fibres synth\u00e9tiques couvertes de bitume. L\u2019\u00e9cran de sous-toiture hautement perm\u00e9able \u00e0 la vapeur d\u2019eau (HPV) est surtout r\u00e9put\u00e9 pour son \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019eau depuis l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur et sa perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la vapeur d\u2019eau de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur. Les \u00e9crans de sous toiture r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissants agissent pour leur part \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re d\u2019un miroir afin de renvoyer une partie importante de rayons infrarouges dans le but de r\u00e9duire la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9nergie thermique accumul\u00e9e au niveau des combles et am\u00e9liorer le confort thermique en \u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un \u00e9cran de sous-toiture est un produit utilis\u00e9 dans l\u2019isolation de toiture.
