Cette classe, not\u00e9e de A \u00e0 G, d\u00e9termine si le bien consomme peu (note A) ou beaucoup (note G) d\u2019\u00e9nergie. La perte d\u2019\u00e9nergie d\u2019un bien peut \u00eatre due \u00e0 une mauvaise isolation thermique. L\u2019isolation thermique d\u00e9signe les techniques qui limitent les transferts d\u2019\u00e9nergie entre un milieu chaud et un milieu froid.<\/p>\n<h2>D\u00e9tecter les d\u00e9perditions d\u2019\u00e9nergie<\/h2>\n<p>Dans le cadre de la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un DPE, le diagnostiqueur immobilier va s\u2019attarder sur l\u2019isolation thermique. Son objectif : d\u00e9terminer l\u2019origine des \u00e9ventuelles d\u00e9perditions d\u2019\u00e9nergie d\u2019un bien. La toiture, les fen\u00eatres et les murs sont les points d\u2019isolation \u00e0 surveiller en priorit\u00e9 dans un bien. 25 \u00e0 30% des pertes thermiques d\u2019une maison se font par le toit. L\u2019isolation des murs quant \u00e0 elle peut \u00eatre faite par l\u2019int\u00e9rieur ou l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<h2>Am\u00e9liorer l\u2019isolation de son logement gr\u00e2ce au DPE<\/h2>\n<p>Dans le rapport de DPE, le diagnostiqueur donne quelques conseils personnalis\u00e9s au propri\u00e9taire pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019isolation de son bien. Ces recommandations ont pour but d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le classement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du bien. Elles peuvent \u00eatre de simples consignes pour le quotidien ou encore des pr\u00e9conisations de travaux. Tous ces conseils ne sont encore aujourd\u2019hui que purement incitatifs et non-obligatoires.<\/p>\n<h2>Choisir son isolation thermique<\/h2>\n<p>Pour avoir une bonne isolation thermique, il faut bien s\u00fbr choisir des isolants performants et certifi\u00e9s mais il faut surtout choisir des techniciens qui assureront une pose de qualit\u00e9 conforme aux r\u00e9glementations. Les isolants \u00e9cologiques et naturels comme la laine de bois, laine de mouton, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.la-maison-naturelle.com\/5364-cotonwool-laine-de-coton-pour-murs-interieurs\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"73\" title=\"cotonwool\">laine de coton<\/a>, isolant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.la-maison-naturelle.com\/4365-liege-expanse-en-panneau\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"3\" title=\"plaque de li\u00e8ge\">li\u00e8ge expans\u00e9<\/a>, li\u00e8ge en vrac, rouleau li\u00e8ge,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.la-maison-naturelle.com\/3004-ouate-de-cellulose\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"72\" title=\"ouate de cellulose\">ouate de cellulose<\/a> sont une bonne solution pour isoler son
